This project gives Picardy companies the opportunity to discover the Magnetic Impulse System technology (MPS), to assess the value of integrating this technology into their manufacturing processes and to enhance their competitiveness.

his technology will be able to meet the needs of innovation on the production of high-value composites / metal products and, more generally, for those involved in the field of multi-material assembly, welding, forming and cutting.

The objective of this scheme is :

• to assist companies on Magnetic Pulse System technology (MPS) by carrying out feasibility studies and tests on specific cases,
• to strengthen the regional MPS know-how by promoting the emergence and the engineering of new products and by accentuating the innovation approach of companies,
• to create a regional network around electric pulsed fields, by structuring and proposing a complete offer, from the study to the implementation of the generator, tools, prototypes for training, and subcontracting transfer.
