Various topics discussed with the company:

  • Substitution of traditional assembly processes
  • Improving assembly performance
  • Access to assembly results currently unattainable
  • Possibility of limiting or eliminating the operations of preparation, finishing, heat treatment...
  • Simplifying the shapes of parts to be assembled and parts re-conceptualizing
  • etc.

The support for the company will make it possible to identify the most appropriate project for the company and to validate all the technical components of the project.

The individual support will be the opportunity to reinforce the methods of project management used by the company in order to secure these operations.

The success of this action will be directly linked to the commitment of the selected companies and to the adequacy between the project of the company and the type of action proposed by the collective action.

The company will be individually accompanied on a selected project from the identified project(s). Collective action is planned for 15 companies eligible for State/Region aid (de minimis rule).
