The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) has renewed PFT INNOVALTECH with the CIR (Research Tax Credit) for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and CICo (Research Collaboration Tax Credit) agreement, granted for the years 2022, 2023, 2024.

The CIR agreement is a document that certifies the ability of a service provider to carry out R&D (research and development) work for others. The CIR agreement offers the possibility to a company to retain the R&D expenses, which it has incurred with an approved company, in the base of its research tax credit. In concrete terms, a company that subcontracts its research and development work to a CIR-approved service provider will be able to recover 30% of invoices in CIR.

The CICo, created by the 2022 Finance Act, aims to encourage companies to undertake R&D work within research collaborations with research and knowledge dissemination organizations. Its primary objective is to create an incentive for companies (particularly SMEs and start-ups) to engage in R&D activities as part of partnership research.

Its referencing on the Ministry of Research website as a CIR and CICo approved private organization is also a credibility argument towards customers and prospects.
