ERDF and CPER project development

The ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) is part of the economic, social and territorial cohesion policy.
It aims to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the European Union by correcting the imbalances between its regions.

In France, the ERDF is composed of the following themes:

  • Invest in research, technological development and innovation
  • Improve the competitiveness of SMEs
  • Promote the development of information and communication technologies
  • Support the transition to a low-carbon economy.

In this context, the PFT Innovaltech participates in the development of the Hauts de France FEDER-FSE Operational Program to support the concept of a Third Industrial Revolution.

The CPER, or Contrat de Plan État-Région (State-Region Plan Contract), is part of this same logic. It is a development tool between the State and the regions, through the implementation of structuring projects. The CPERs reinforce the planning policy dedicated to territorial equality. It consists of 6 parts:

  • Multimodal mobility
  • Higher education, research and innovation
  • Ecological and energetic transition
  • Digital technology
  • Innovation, promising sectors and factory of the future
  • Territories

PFT Innovaltech also participates in the development of the project for the CPER, by becoming part of the territorial Digital Robotics theme with its partners.
